The items you are purchasing are exclusive to Xpressions (cardwala.com). All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Xpressions (cardwala.com). Modification and/or reuse of your stationery for other occasions/uses is prohibited. Xpressions (cardwala.com) holds ownership and copyright on all designs whether custom or existing. Xpressions (cardwala.com) reserves the right to use custom-designed pieces including printed details for future themes/layouts. If you would like items with your details not to be used as samples or for advertising, please advise in writing and we shall write back confirming, all materials with your details have been destroyed or secured.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds with US$ indications and are subject to change. Sizes and designs may change over time. Xpressions (cardwala.com) reserves the right to update their pricing at their discretion.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required before design and product ordering is commenced. The remainder is due at least 2 weeks before final delivery. No orders will be released until full payment is received and cleared.

Delivery and Timescales

Our standard production time is 4 weeks from approval of final proof. We offer an express service but this must be purchased at the time of ordering, cost for this service is £199 extra and will enable us to reduce the production time to 2 weeks.

Once complete wording is received, the first PDF proof is sent to your email address within 14 working days of us receiving your wording. The first two sets of proofs are complimentary; subsequent revisions will incur a cost of £25 each. If you would like to choose your own fonts before we begin proofs please request to see our collection.

Proof Reading

Please proofread carefully. Xpressions (cardwala.com) accepts no responsibility for errors once your proof has been approved. The PDF proof is sent to you to check the content. It is the client’s responsibility to check that all copy is correct. Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the client’s expense. However, in the unlikely event of text being different to the final proof, we will reproduce at no extra cost, but this will take 2 weeks from the erroneous products being received by us. Please allow ample time for such eventuality. Our liability is limited to free reproduction within 2 weeks.

Variations

Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may differ slightly on screen to that of the finished product. Although the greatest care is taken to ensure the colours/styles/materials/fabrics chosen are delivered, Xpressions (cardwala.com) accepts no responsibility for slight variations as this is an inherent feature of custom/handmade stationery. We can offer a customised sample to be produced before the complete batch, the cost for this service is £199. As all stationery is hand made it is possible that subtle variations occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the process. Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of these variations. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all of our stationery is produces to the highest professional standards.

Extra Invitations

It is imperative that you finalise your guest list and consider carefully the need for a number of spare invitations to allow for your writing errors or last minute invites. Should you decide to order extra invitations, there will be a setup cost of £100 and normal (4 weeks) production timescales will apply.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please choose carefully. Due to the totally personalised nature of our work and the time involved in creating our stationery, we cannot refund payment once the design process and printing has begun simply because you have changed your mind.

Privacy

Your personal information, including your payment details, will remain secure and confidential via Paypal and will only be used to process your order. Please see www.paypal.com for the privacy policy followed. The invitations with your details may be used as samples or for advertising, if this is not acceptable please inform us in writing. Please see our copyright policy.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Receipt of your order is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
